Well, this photo was taken almost 2 weeks ago, but then i like posting it on my blog, and this picture that was taken on the first week of November was the birthday of Venus and Noy, who were both my colleagues and friend in the healthcare institution where i was working before.

Mum's Birthday

Well, i was so exhausted for the preparations of my mum's special day. August 14 was her Birthday and she turned 61 at this time of the year. A day before her birthday, we went on shopping for the ingredients that are needed. I prepared for the cheese tarts a night prior to her birthday, but since i was so lazy and not that so patience in filling the aluminum moulder, i decided to pour all the base and fillings of the tarts in a big aluminum tray and made a cheese cake instead, where i combined the mango and sprinkled chocolate on it. 

After Prayer

On the day of her birthday, i prepared for my pasta, while she was preparing for her specialty. At around 2 pm, I left our house and then, i went to SM, where i brought some of the ingredients that I missed to buy. 

The party started at around 5.00 p.m, but actually most of the visitors arrived at 6.00 pm and the brother and sister of my mum did not arrived; maybe they were to reluctant or afraid to spend a penny for the gift (just kidding, lolz). Anyway, i invited our neighbors and my mum's best friend was there too. 

Things went smoothly and until now, we do have foods in the fridge from my mum's party.

Aying's Bday and Ray

It was Nov the 2nd when aying celebrated her birthday, which was supposedly on the 4th of November, and she has the same bday with ray. Coning, Maria labo, Ising, and Ray were waiting for me in Calea, it was a cake house, where they served the best cake i ever tried before. It was late 3.00 pm when we left the city proper of Bacolod and headed to Tangub, where aying live.

Upon arriving, we just had a little rest, then after that we had a good snacks, where aying had this tasteful foods, like spaghetti, pancit molo which was my favorite of all, pansit, marshmallow dipped with graham, cakes, tacos which taste good, sandwiches, and other which i can not remember.

After eating, we headed to Villarosa beach, where we had another photo shoot under the great dark clouds with the eye of a wonderful moon and the shadow of sun's arms. It was really fantastic. And it was where i saw Nina, one of our used to be icu nurse.

furthermore, after our beach fun, we went to aying's house againg and had our second batch snacks and sing a long, i know that i do not like singing in other house, but i need to, hehehe. Afterwards, we went home at around 8.00 pm, but nora, ising ang me asked ray to dropped us in SM City. I bought this biscocho and then julie went to national bookstore.

Ising and I had dinner in manokan country in nenas 1, where i liked their original chicken inasal recipe. We left the place at around 10.00 pm and then i arrived nearly 11.00 pm.
