First, i need to thank Paypal for returning back the money that i used to purchase an item on Ebay.
Here is the story, i bought an item which was a 32gb microsd on Ebay last Dec. 19,2010 and the seller is hongkun_loveyun. So i buy it now through Paypal ad it was paid on that same day as well. I contacted the seller on Dec. 23,2010 and inquire if the item was already shipped. The seller replied on the 25th day of December the same year, saying that the item was already shipped and i do not need to worry. Of course with all the protection i felt from Ebay and Paypal, i painfully and excitedly waited for more than 30 days. I also purchased another item from a different seller from Hong Kong as well and it arrived on the 1st day of February 2011 and that was the time that i was alarmed with my other item and began to worry. So i filed a dispute on Paypal regarding the item was not received. Paypal gave me 10 days for the seller to reply to them and to me, during that length of time, i also tried contacting the seller twice but no response at all.
Today is the 13th of February and paypal made a decision to return the payment that i paid to the seller and emailed me that proper sanctions will be made on the seller.
I also sent a message to Ebay regarding proper penalty to the seller and i found that the seller has almost the same feedback.
So as a piece of advise, when purchasing in Ebay use paypal and always use buy it now,for Paypal will totally protect you.
