A newly opened Restobar that serves back ribs, spare ribs, bicol express, sisig, tapa, rice toppings and others is now in Bacolod City. We went there to have a snacks, but it turned out to be an early dinner. We liked the foods and it was very affordable, they have these 35 pesos meals for students while us, we ordered these group meals that cost us 400 pesos with drinks.
It is located in 2nd Street-Lacson just beside SSS with the name of the resto Grill and Spice.
