September 26,2009, it was the day for our return in Bacolod. But before we went to the airport, we checked out in Malate Pension at around 9.oo am and went to Bambang station which was in Sta. Cruz. After that we had a train and stopped in Shanrila Plaza and had our lunch in there food court. When our lunch was finished we went to this taxi area because we wanted to go to Greenhills and supposed to have a shop in there, but the plan turned out to be a disaster. On our way to Greenhills, it rained hard and we were stucked in the road near SM Mega Mall, so Con told the taxi driver if there was a near train station near the road and the driver replied yes but asked us if it was okay for us to pay him 300 pesos and dropped us in NAIA 3. We all agreed for the fair price since it was raining hard and the street seems to be flooding a little. But everything turned out to be unplanned, when we were in C5 road going to airport, the road was flooded with water and so the driver decided to find a different road going to airport, but the alternative road was also closed due to flood that was almost in the humans waist line. Again, the driver of the cab proposed to have another alternative route which was a small street in the place where he lived in and it was in Pasig, he showed his ID to Con and she agreed with the driver and we had a short cut in there. We already reached Taguig City and while on our way to airport again, the c5 extension road was also also flooded with water, which was the only way to airport since the Airbase street was also flooded, maybe due to lower areas were so easy for water to stay in. COn asked the driver to go to this hotel, in Pasay road, but the hotel was not in there, so we went to Greenbelt and decided to stay in there. We went to the toilet room and had our pants changed since it was already wet and Ayen bought some short since she had no extra pants anymore.
We stayed in this one book shop which i forgot the name of that shop, maybe Con and Ayen knows it, but i can not remember it anymore since i am not fond of reading books. While Con, Ayen and Maria where looking around for books i stayed on the platforms and sitted in there while waiting for them and worrying about our flights, since there was no declaration of cancelled flights. It was around 4.00 pm when Con's dad and mom already called up and asking her every details that was happening on her, and the flights. She also tried to asked for an inquiry about the cancellation of flights in Bacolod, but the guy she knew told her that there was no flight cancellation declared by Cebu Pacific, eventhough the 1.05 pm flight of Cebu Pacific Flight from MLA-BCD did not arrived yet since it did not deprated from MLA. I tried to call the Cebu Pacific hotline it was busy, likewise with Con and Maria. I was able to connect with there hotline but i ran out of credit with my phone while Ayen and COn were connected with there hotline but no one was answering the phone. So Con tried to contacts everyone to know about our flights, but no success in knowing the cancellation of our flights. Con did not knew that i was listening to their conversation with her friends and i was taking up all the numbers that she was saving too in her phone. Due to worrying, i tried to call the number since Con can not connect to NAIA's hotline. When i tried for the 3rd time, the operator answered me and i asked her if there was a cancellation with Cebu Pacific flights but she transffered me to Cebu Pacific line. My friends were staring at me, becuase they thought i was just having fun, but that time i had no time to have a joke, hehehe. I asked the lady in Cebu Pacific if there was a cancellation in there flight, the nice girl ofcourse would lie and tell me that there was no advisory about the cancellation of the flights and i asked her if the 1.05 pm flight from MLA-BCD already departed, she told me that it had not departed yet, it was only delayed. I said to my mind what a shit reason of Cebu Pacific telling me that it was only delayed, it wasl already 5.45 pm and you can not call that one a delayed flight anymore. So since i am a nice person, i told here thank you. and told my friends about it. So we decided to think that the flight was already cancelled, we just confirm it with our own guts...
