It was September 26,2009 when we called Cebu Pacific for the confirmation of flight cancellation since the road going to the airport was flooded with water and it was raining hard and we were stranded in Makati on our way to NAIA 3. We our desperation, we called up Cebu pacific hotline and we can not connect to their hotline so we decided to call the NAIA hotline and we were able to connect and asked about the cancellation of the flight, the lady transferred us to Cebu Pacific office and the lady from their ariline answered and i asked her if there was any cancellation of our 5.15 pm flight from MLA-BCD flight of that day, she said there was no any advisory about the cancellation of their flight, so i asked her also if the 1.05 pm flight departed already going to BCD, she said no it was only delayed. A delayed of more than 5 hours was not delayed anymore it means there was a problem with the weather. The Cebu Pacific management should already declared cancellation of all flights in the afternoon, since the other airlines already declared cancellation of their flights. The services was not good, and maybe they did not declare any flight cancellations for the Cebu Pacific management were afraid to pay for the Hotel and fo
