Dad between you and me

September 17th, 2006 by jan012682

Perhaps we’ll never understand each other.

Loving doesn’t mean that we agree.

If that were so, then I would say, why bother?

But there are things I know I’ll never see.

I’m sure your heart knows what I don’t yet know:

The pain of loving a reluctant son;

The anger, coming fast and building slow,

Of being helpless to control someone.

You want only that I grow up right,

But you know what right is, and I still don’t.

I have to learn to wield my inner light,

And if I follow yours, well, then I won’t.

I’m sorry for the anger in the air;

Though we fight, my love is always there.

Things I really missed with my DAD

September 9th, 2006 by jan012682

There are so many things

I really missed with my Father

Things, that i wish

He can do it again

But unfortunately can’t…

Like that…

My father was the one

who was opening the

door, when i came home late

He was the one,

that keep on telling me

to put my shirts or

uniforms in the bucket

when i came home

from the hospital…

He was the one,

who gave me courage…

By telling me to

introduce yourself to the people…

Don’t be shy, for you did

nothing unto them…

To stand up high…

For you were smarter than them…

Things that gave me hope…

Things that gave me light…

Things that gave me a clear path…

I miss my PAPA…

My FATHER

September 5th, 2006 by jan012682

It was so fun
when i was a kid
as what i can remember…

Everytime my father
got home, he would
shout out loud
"YOHOOOO"
then, me and my twin
brother will
shout out
"Oh papa is here"

He would do things
for us
He was always thinking
of us

I can remember that
When my father
was in Taiwan
we would always
write a letter
"Pa, can you go home now"
"We don’t need money"
"We need you"
And we do have
that drawing thing
that made our Papa
Laugh

Memories, can’t be
drawn in a single
paper
You can’t even
Watch it in
just an hour or
2 but you need
to spend 23 years
of it…

My father was a great
man
he was an awesome
dad
a very unique person
That you can’t have
for the rest of your
LIFE…

We LOVE you PAPA

THE PILLAR’s GONE

September 4th, 2006 by jan012682

Pillars, are very useful
in our house
It holds every corner
of the houseScan0001
But what will happen
If the pillars is gone…

A father is a pillar
The one that giving you love
unconditionally
may hurt you but
asks for some forgiveness

You will never appreciate
things that your father
Have done to you
and to your family
unless otherwise
the Pillar is gone

Our pillar is gone
And memories
are still in our hearts
Thinking
that someday
somehow
we will be reunited again
and have a very happy
life somewhere
that is unknown to man kind

unreachable to human edge
unestimated to human hands

take care of the PILLARS
you’ll never know

They might crossed over…

WE LOVE YOU PAPA
