Worst (Professional Regulation Commission-Iloilo)

Just a little bit of introduction, why can't certain institution funded by a government not improved after a decade or half decade?

Okay, me and Ising went to Iloilo city since we need to get our cerficate and file for a request in the PRC otherwise known as Professional Regulation Commission-Iloilo.
we arrived in the city on Sunday and stayed in a nice place called Ong Bun Pension which is in the heart of the city. It is very affordable and everyone can afford it and the aura of the place is fair enough to relax, although i was having hard time to look for the fire exit. I am just trying to be more realistic and be safe, so i am always looking for the fire exit, as taught by my parents. However, i only read the sign fire exit, but it does not have any stairs or ladder for the fire exit.

We had a wonderful day and roamed around the city, not entirely in the city, but on familiar places only.

It was the day where we headed to PRC, we went there and everything went so smooth in the processing window on the second floor, however, something went wrong, the cashier moved so slow, slower than the tortoise and i bet, it was a dead tortoise since it never moved for two hours and guess what, every hour they only entertain 5 numbers, what the? And i really do not believe in their slogan that "THE PROFESSIONAL WAY OF GETTING THINGS DONE IS TO BEGIN EVERY TASK WITH A SMILE (which is true and most of them were returning a smile) IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL, PLEASE ACT LIKE A REAL ONE" ( Which i totally disagree, how can one person act like a professional if you are not treated like what they expect you to behave, where can you see licensed professional standing in front of the door, with out chairs and the guards, gee, they should be taught or retrained to have good manners.  And for heaven's sake, add more cashiers, why only have less than 2 cashiers for more than 100 applicants per day, you are only there to pay for your request, however you wasted your entire day in that building just to pay and were the people working in that building deaf? Don't they hear the whining of the people or they were just to fool to ignore it.  To the President of the Philippines, i thought it was his slogan during his candidacy "IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE", and believe me or not, i DO NOT FEEL ANY CHANGES AT ALL, if there are changes, well IT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE PEOPLE, Oil price increase and what else, other problems that can not be resolved by any President that is or was in the damn palace, *SHAMEFUL.

Anyway, it is my own opinion, and that's what i can see.

Travel time

It was around 4.30 am of May 18,2009, when my phone alarmed. I had my phone alarmed due to the reason that "i need to wake up early and prepare myself for our trip to Ilo-ilo". It was quarter to 5.00 am when i left my bed and head on to the kitchen and prepare the noodles for myself. While waiting for the noodle to become soft, i went to the shower room and had a chilling morning shower, but i was able to survive it and was not able to experience any hypothermia.

At round 5.00, i wook up Israel so that he can prepare himself as well. Then by quarter to six, i drove from home to the sea port and left our car in the parking area where you need to pay for 30 pesos for the whole day and the guard will took good care of your car (away from carnapping).

We went inside WEESAM, and waited for Maricon, and to my surprise i saw Ray, which will be coming with us also, which ofcourse i did not knew about it. Our dear princess arrived atlast, and instead of having an economy ticket, we had the first class ticket. It was not yeppeee but oh boyyy, since there was no any available sits for the economy cabin.

After leaving Bacolod, we arrived in Ilo-ilo at around 7.30 am and went to Nora's cuisine, it's not a resto but hmmm, a small eatery. The after that, we took a jeepney on our way to PRC, it's a regulating body in the Philippines that caters for all needs of the professionals from licensing to disbarment.

Anyway, everything was not that smoth although we were able to finish all our intentions in that office.

And what i hated most was that we were delayed for an hour and half from our trip way back home, too bad that here in the Philippines, customers are not well taking care of.
