Bigby's is one of the most wonderful restaurant in Bacolod City. I was first introduced to Bigby's Cafe and Restaurant by Ising, when we ate in their first branch, i guess in Bacolod, which was in Gaisano city Bacolod. I was able to enjoy the chics-ahoy, which is still famous until now and it was not that so expensive, however, the good thing about their foods, is that, they have now junior meal, which is almost half the price of the original meal.
There are so many foods that you will really enjoy, one of the nicest meal that I also loved was the Beef rodeo, their mouth watering baby back ribs and the sauce was really very tasteful, the emperor Caesar's salad,the tasteful Tijuana Quesadellas, and others.
I believe that if you want to taste their delicious food, you can visit their outlets at either Gaisano City Mall located in the Orchard hall or in SM City Bacolod just across the department store door.
