It is an iced milk, combined with i do not know what the ingredients really are, but it really taste good. I was looking for it for so many years, since the day it was gone in the market place, in the school zone and in the street.
Luckily i was able to find it in SM City in Bacolod, and it was called Pinoy Ice crumble, you can compare it to Pinoy Halo-halo but this time, this iced drinks has no fruits in it, just milk , chocolate, ice (of course) and other ingredients that made it important and taste good.
