It was the 26th of July when my uncle who had been admitted to the hospital due to fall, was discharged from the institution yesterday. It was nice that the Physician who was assigned to him was nice, she was an ortho Doctor and she was seems to be nice. I thought we will be asked to sign DAMA (discharge against medical advice) or DACA (discharge against clinical advice), but we were not asked to sign, instead we were asked to have the form 2 signed by his son, and then wait for the bill, where we only paid 500.00 Philippine peso, since the charges of Php 6,090 was carried to Philhealth insurance.
