
Hmmm. Lunch time, and i do not know what to cook for our lunch time, so I decided to make this ordinary viand that i tried before. I do not know what it is called but i like it. I cut the pork into cubes, then prepared onion (sliced), 2 cloves of garlic (chopped), and 1/8 inch of ginger. I fry the pork then waited for it until it turned into golden brown and chuck in the onions, garlic and ginger and after that i added this binagoong in bottle, but i only put 1 full tablespoon, it really taste good. I can not wait for 12.00 and have our lunch, since me and sharvu will meet in East at around 1.30 pm.
Maybe one of this day of the month, i will make pavlova, but i am having hard time looking for thick cream here in the Philippines, which i was having hard time looking for soft cream in Australia.
