UTZ

Not my official result, just copied it from the net




After a month of waiting for the decision of myself to have an abodminal UTZ, it was pursued on June 30,2009. I had my left hemiabdominal UTZ in St. Francis and i was scared ofcourse eventhough i am a nurse, thinking that there might be some lesions that can be found and roled out to be a hernia or diverticulitis, but that was my wildest imagination. Me and my friends namely con,shar s, isra waited for my turn to undergo an UTZ. While waiting in there, con was talking all about Boys Over Flowers , since she was so addicted with those korean actors in there. And even sharing her collected songs from japanese versions to korean versions of the official sound track of BOF or Hanayori. After waiting for a long time, con and isra decided to go back in the hospital and get their belongings and wait for me and sha s, in one of the resto downstairs (the one with WI-FI according to shar v).

At around 3.33 pm i was called out and it was my turn to have an UTZ, at first i did knew that it was my turn, so the secretary of Dr. Go told me that it was my turn now. So i went inside together with my yaya, just kidding, shar s and was a little nervous, then i lie down in the bed, lowered my pants and shown my red undies, and the physician performed an UTZ. After that, he told me that everything was normal and i was relieved by the result and what he told me.

Well, after having my result, sharon s and i headed to the resto were the other two was waiting. And walla, i have normal organs, toinks, am i really hypochondriatic.

EXAMINATION FINDINGS:

Left Hemi Abdomen

SONOGRAM OF THE LEFT ABDOMEN shows no defined mass or abdominal fluid collections. The left kidney is normal in size and echo pattern. No calculi or evident pelveocaliectasia. Urinary bladder shows smooth walls, with no evident intraluminal echoes. PROSTATE measures 2.2x2.4x2.6 cms (71 gms) and with smooth outline. Parenchyma is homogenous. No mass lession noted. Seminal vesicles are not dilated. LEFT LOB OF THE LIVER and spleen are unremarkbale. PANCREASE SIZE, CONTROUR AND ECHO TEXTURE ARE NORMAL. ABDOMINAL AORTA is essentailly unremarkable.

REMARKS: NO REMARKABLE SONOGRAPHIC FINDINGS NOTED IN THE STUDY OF THE LEFT ABDOMEN.
